RETURN POLICY

- If the product is still not desired upon arrival, the buyer has 15 days free return from delivery.

- If the product is broken on arrival, i.e. before you get your hands on the product, here at NEONLAB we also support that and provide a free return or a new sign your way.

- If the product gets lost in transit and does not reach you, it will of course also be supported.

- If the product breaks during use, a photo and evidence will be sent to our email, where our experts will look into the matter as to whether it is self-inflicted or whether it is something with our product.

- Write an email to ''Kundeservice@neonlab.dk'' before the 15 days and we will find out.
